About the book

The Dark Angels is a story of two strangers that are thrown together by fate. They soon become embroiled in a mysterious and altogether evil plot that has been years in the making. Someone, or something, is manipulating people and events for an unknown and ominous purpose. A University student with a wealthy and powerful Uncle appears to be an unwitting pawn in a game he is not even aware is being played, yet he is a crucial part of.

The story centres on Daniel. He has been living a normal life with two young daughters, an ex-wife and a regular job he works hard at. Then he meets Francesco who comes from a very different world altogether. He has lived in the shadows for many years, trying to protect the innocent and helpless from things that humanity has long since forgotten exist.

The unlikely alliance they form is the beginning. From there the world in which we live in and know, fades away, and another world, a world we have only heard of in myths and legend, becomes their reality. The mystery is centred in the ancient English city of Canterbury, however our reluctant hero’s must travel to Rome, Cairo and Stonehenge to stop the coming cataclysm.

Should they fail, the destruction of humanity is certain. They are not without skills though. After Daniel undergoes the Baptism of Light he becomes Francesco’s protégé and they form a strong bond as they work together. When they learn of the malevolent stratagem that is underway they take on the task of trying to stop the evil plan. They have to succeed whatever the cost, even if the price is their own lives.
